7. Do you have a written contract?

8. Are you using film or digital?

9. Who retains the rights to the negatives / proofs?

10. Are you selling prints or files (CDs)?

11. Do you offer black and white as well as color?

12. How many pictures do you typically take?

13. Are you opposed to a list of “must have” photographs?

14. How much time do you need to setup?

15. Do you offer a backup plan in case something happens?

16. Will you bring other people to assist?

17. When will I see the photos?

18. What are your prices?

19. Do you offer any discounts?

20. Do you require a deposit?

21. When is final payment due?
