Surprise Vacation

It was a Friday morning very similar to any other Friday morning except their anniversary was the next day. The husband and wife got up and got ready to go to work. He kisses her goodbye and leaves. Moments later she leaves. What she doesn’t know is that he is waiting around the corner for her to drive off. Once she’s gone, he returns to pack both of their belongings for a romantic weekend getaway.

This does take some planning. Weeks before, he booked the flight and accommodations as well as called her boss to inform him of the plans and studied her getting-ready rituals.

He arrived at her place of work around 2pm to pick her up in front of her friends and whisked her away.

They arrived at the airport a little while later and she still had no idea where they were going. Only until they went through security, did she have a clue.

My friend’s Dad planned this weekend for his wife. They had a remarkable time and she felt very loved.
