Luau/Fiesta

I’m a compulsive indecisive individual. At the moment, I’m stuck between a Luau or fiesta theme for our 1st annual summer family bbq. The reason I am stuck between the two is b/c I’m already having trouble finding decorations and anything “Fiesta-ish” The papel picado will have to be purchased online. And I’m realizing it’s not as easy as I thought to find mexican decor at reasonable prices. The Luau theme seems to be popular around here because I’ve found anything Hawaiian I can think of for my party!
