1. • Youth Dept Christmas Gala

   • 

   • The Christmas Gala will be located in the Ball room of the Holiday Inn U  of  Memphis Campus.  The attire is semi formal.  By having it off of church property and at a hotel it will give the children a chance to have a grown up party all to themselves and It will be less stress on the advisors and chaperones. 

     Each child will bring a unisex gift.  The gifts will be numbered and each child will pull  a ticket.  They will recieve the gift according to the numbers on the present. 

     There will be a dj and finger foods.  A photograper will be set up near the chritmas tree to take individual photos. 

     Last year the kids had a ball. They enjoyed dressing up and they loved the attention they recieved.
