About "earl's wedding" party

This is going to be a Beach Theme wedding. First one for both bride and groom. We have a very limited budget and very limited time but I think we can get it all done.
There is a guest list of 60 people. And I have the park and minister. Also have a lead on flowers.
Plan on doing most of the cooking ourselves so we will see.
