Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Serves: 10 | Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 20 mushrooms
- 1 square of cream cheese
- melted butter
Directions
Clean the mushrooms. Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and set the caps on a tray or plate for serving. Chop the stems from the mushrooms into small pieces. Warm cream cheese in the microwave to make it soft and add the chopped stems. Spoon the mixture into the caps and drizzle melted butter over the caps and cream cheese. If you would like you can heat the whole plate of caps in the microwave. Now serve.
