- Are you licensed and insured?
- Is there a written contract?
- What is your rate?
- Do you require a deposit?
- When do you expect final payment?
- Do you offer a payment plan?
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Are there any hidden costs?
- What is your policy on pillars and plates?
- If you loan items, when will these items need to be returned by?

- For weddings, can you do the grooms cake as well?
