when i was just a kid i wanted to have many of birthday parties and i even got so excited i sent out invitations to friends before i told my mom and dad that i was having a birthday PARTY!!! so when ever you have to feeling that you need to have a party cause your in the mood well then just ask your mom or dad and im sure that they will give you an honest anwser!!! have fun party goers
