Corporate Team Building #1
Team building as defined by Wikipedia: Team Building: refers to a wide range of activities, usually in a
business context, for improving team performance. Team building is
pursued via a variety of practices, and can range from simple bonding
exercises to complex simulations and multi-day team building retreats
designed to develop a team (including group assessment and group-dynamic games), usually falling somewhere in between. My question is when was the last time you actually attended an event that accomplished these objectives?
If you are looking for a way to effectively teach & motivate your team consider hosting a murder mystery event. Your team will work individually and as a team. They will use verbal and non-verbal communication to work towards achieving the objective of finding which suspect is actually the culprit. Not to mention your team might even have a little fun in the process.
