Candy Festival
The theme is Candy. This party is the sweet topping to a birthday. There isnt a certain attire, but you MUST have on a bright color. Not certain activity to do. The decorations include bright colors & lots of lights. It also is requried a colorful one of kind bracelet to enter the party. Also with a top of the line DJ.
