Marinated Mushrooms
MARINATED MUSHROOMS
2 lbs. canned button mushrooms
1 bottle Wishbone Italian Dressing
3 or 4 cloves, crushed
1 c. wine vinegar
Lots of oregano
Salt & pepperPut in a large jar. Shake. Once a day shake and turn jar upside down. Marinate for 5 days.
