    • A Night at the Beach

    • This can be used for almost any occasion.

You can invite guests using a starry/night/beach-themed card, or you can use an e-card. Another alternative is to create a powerpoint and play some pretty music while displaying the details over a background depicting a night. This will give the guests an idea of what it will feel like on the night itself.

Since the venue is the beach, it might be wise not to bring any food that is hard to eat or requires to be eaten at a table. You can ask guests to bring picnic food such as sandwiches and hot dogs on sticks. The sticks are to prevent guests from getting their hands dirty. This is VERY important as most people do not like to get their hands dirty where it is inconvenient to wash their hands.

Guests should try not to wear long pants as sand could mess up their clothes and it might be uncomfortable sitting on the sand in long pants. Likewise, they should wear sandals or slippers instead of sneakers.

It is not advisable to swim as it is at night.

The party should start at about 7 as that is the time when most people eat dinner. However, food should be available at all times unless it is eaten up.

Guests should be given the freedom to explore the beach as they please, playing in the sand or walking on the boardwalk. You can buy sparklers or other such things to provide endless entertainment and fun.

Overall, guests should be able to do whatever they want - sit quietly by themselves or with their friends, staring at the stars and talking, or running around the beach laughing and waving sparklers around. The night and the sound of the waves will only make the night more eventful.

The party should last until about 11, at which time the stars should be the most beautiful. At that time, start keeping whatever food that is left and make sure you did not leave anything behind.

Say goodbye to everyone and ask if they had had a good time. If someone leaves before the designated ending time, always take note so that you will not leave anyone out.

I hope you have a wonderful time building bonds with your friends in the magic of the night! party
