A Green St Particks Day- Eco friendly
There’s no better time then now to go green. And why not do it St. Patty’s style?
You can still have the green beer (colored with all-natural food coloring), but why not think of the environment as you plan the party details:
-Handmade invitations on recycled paper-Shamrock cut-outs from old boxes or newspapers
-Shop organically for Irish cuisine and ingredients
-Make a paper mache ‘rock’ using recycled newspapers - paint it green and have folks pay to kiss the blarney stone
-Hang a mistletoe (from Christmas or make one using something from the garden), and encourage people to share a ‘kiss me, I’m Irish’ moment
-Encourage folks to donate to a cause such as a no-kill animal shelter
These are just a few ideas for a Green St. Patty’s Day party!
