Mussels on the Beach
For this party, instead of concentrating on a load of different seafood, we gathered our friends and family on the beach. With a roarig fire, we had salt water in a large pot steaming in no time. Filled to the brim with delicious PEI mussels we then scooped them out and had a white wine sauce as well as some cocktail sauce for dipping. Nothing like a party on the beach with mussels, wine, dip and great friends.
