      Citrus Beef Taco's

      Serves: 6 | Prep time: 10 minutes

      Ingredients

      • 2lbs Beef Roast - Sliced
      • 1 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
      • 5 Lemons
      • 5 Limes
      • 2 tbsp. of Spices (Salt , Chili Powder, Sesame Seeds , Garlic Powder, Black Pepper)
      • Flour Tortillas
      • Fresh Salsa
      • Guacamole

      Directions

Get 2lbs of Beef Roast from the Meat Counter at any grocery store, Have them slice it for you into thin steaks, about 1/4 inch thin. You want the steaks cut like deli meat so they don’t fall through the grill grate when cooking.

Mix the Orange Juice, and the Juice from the lemons and limes (squeeze them) and spices in a large glass bowl.

All the spices together should equal about 1-2 Tablespoons total. Don’t overdo it as the taste we are after comes mostly from the Citrus.

Marinate the Beef in the Citrus juice for at least 4 hours. Overnight is fine as well.

Cook on a Hot grill until done. They will cook fast as they are so thin.

Tear the steaks into strips or Shread and serve in a warm flour Tortilla with Salsa and Guacamole.

My roommate in College gave me this one.
