   • Beach Themed Birthday Party- 10 years old

     When my step-sister turned 10 she wanted a huge party. Me and my mother through her a big party and it didn’t cost but about 100.00. We started by buying balloons,streamer,and gift goodies. We hung the streamer everywhere in the backyard,and put balloons everywhere.For the gift bags we had plastic pineapple cups,we filled them with:A beach ball,a towel,a pair of sandels,and lots of candy (about 50.00).Then we bought games such as: Water balloon toss, limbo, pinata, American idol package, and volley ball beach fun. Then we made invitations by cutting construction paper into fun beach shapes,writing all the info inside,and sending by mail. For music we got a big stereo and played fun beach music and others. For her big surprise we put a huge bucket full of water on top of the back door and it poured all over her! Each girl had a camera and they all took great pictures. She was shocked! There were 27 girls there plus me and her. We also decorated the pool with balloons. The girls had a blast with the water balloon toss, and pinata. Each girl had a baggy full of confetti an they threw it all over. The cake was homemade. It was a three layred cake, bottom chocolate, middle yellow,and top white cake. We put pink icing all over and gave the girls all kinds of candy to decorate it with such as: twizzlers, m&ms;, skittles, and lots more. It was totally fun. She said it was the best party she ever had! Cost total-$150.00
