Scalloped Potatoes
Serves: 50 | Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 14lbs medium potatoes
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups margarine
- 2 1/2qts hot milk
Directions
Peel potatoes and slice thin. Cook in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Alternate layers of potatoes and flour in greased shallow baking pan. Stir seasonings and margarine into hot milk. Pour over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
