Chicken Marsala

Chicken Marsala
Serves: 8 | Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 chickens (8lbs total) cut up
- 8oz butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 sliced onions
Directions
Melt butter in skillet. When very hot, add cut washed chicken. Brown both sides. Add onion, brown 2 minutes. Lower flame, add water, cover and simmer 20 minutes longer. Add Marsala, simmer 10 minutes. (Add more water, if necessary). Serve very hot.
