Texas Cavier Salsa
Serves: 6 | Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can yellow corn
- 2 med tomatoes diced
- 4 green onions
- 1 avocado, diced
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 package good seasonings Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup cilantro (optional)
- 1 clove garlic
- tortilla chips
- 1 can white corn
Directions
Drain and rinse black beans, white corn, and yellow corn. Mix all ingredients together except tortilla chips. Serve with tortilla chips.
Source: My aunt gave the original. I adjusted to my taste.
