Roast Prime Rib

- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 (4-5lb) boneless beef rib roast , rolled and tied
- 1 small onion, cut into thin slivers

Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until meat reaches desired doneness.
